Some Saturday sweetness is what we all need, and this Bichon is pure preciousness! She is definitely a gift from God and has healed and blessed me so mightily! We’ve been a blessing for each other!
Bichons were originally bred as companion pets – meant to adorn the laps of royalty. They come by their people-loving nature perfectly! My Coqueta would much rather spend time in the company of people than in the company of dogs. She is also a girl who likes the guys rather than other girls! Hence the name Coqueta – she really is flirtatious (just watch her in action – she has the boys literally lining up to meet and play)!!
This photo was taken in front of my lavender plants at our former finca in the north sierra region of Ecuador (Iluman). As I see them, I realize I don’t actually miss them. Thought I would but I do not miss anything about that former home of ours. It was good for its time and we’ve literally, emotionally, mentally, spiritually moved on from there (and I’m glad).
Shelley Hitz shared this today and it goes exactly along w/the message that God has pressed into my mind and heart. I HAVE to share Him and His message – that’s the point. NO regrets. Period. He is helping me write the last chapter of the Carpe Diem book and then it’ll be organizing resources and off to editor and the snowball begins! Praise Him!
Carpe Diem beloveds!
